With a shared experience repositioning underperforming buildings, Quill Healey and Eric Weatherholtz co-founded HWP in 2006 with the simple idea of making better places. HWP specializes in retail and mixed-use real estate, especially opportunities where our experience and relationships can be used for positive transformation. When these opportunities arise, we partner with individual and institutional investors who share our time-tested point of view and collaborate with merchants, innovators and stakeholders to improve properties in a way that makes neighborhoods more desirable.
